Brenda Catanzaro

Pharmacist

Brenda Kromer‑Catanzaro began her career in retail pharmacy at age 16 at an independent pharmacy in Kittanning, PA. She is a graduate of the Duquesne University School of Pharmacy and has been a licensed vaccinator since 2007. Brenda joined Diamond Pharmacy in 2015. She is married, a mother of two, actively involved in her church and Ehlers‑Danlos awareness, and enjoys spending time with her family.

Pharmacy Manager

Dr. Lindsay Chapman Reed is a 2004 graduate of the Duquesne University Mylan School of Pharmacy. She has spent her entire professional retail pharmacy career serving the Indiana, Pennsylvania community and joined the Diamond Pharmacy team in 2021. Lindsay is a wife and mother of two children who attend Armstrong High School. Her family enjoys hiking, camping, attending sporting events, participating in Scouting BSA, and Native American drum and dance exhibitions.

Alyssa Greathouse

Pharmacist

Dr. Alyssa Altmeyer Greathouse is a 2010 graduate of the Duquesne University Mylan School of Pharmacy. Her professional career has been dedicated to the retail pharmacy setting, with special interests in medication therapy management and immunizations. She first joined Diamond Pharmacy as an intern in 2005 and was pleased to return to the team in 2020 as a retail pharmacist.

How To Prepare

To get the most from your pharmacist consultation, you should provide them with the following information. Don’t be afraid to be as thorough as possible:

  • A list of all your current medications - including prescriptions, over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, and supplements
  • Your complete medical history, plus any known history of side effects or allergies to medication
  • Any special medical circumstances you currently face, such as pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Any previous difficulty adhering to medications, swallowing pills, opening bottles, reading labels, or remembering medications
  • Any questions or concerns about your medication you’ve read or heard about
